PROCUREMENT OF STRENGTHENING DISSEMINATION SYSTEM OF TSUNAMI INFORMATION AND EARLY WARNING TO THE COMMUNITY 2024-2025 INDONESIA DISASTER RESILIENCE INITIATIVE PROJECT/IDRIP BADAN NASIONAL PENANGGULANGAN BENCANA (RETENDER)

1. The Government of Indonesia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Indonesia Disaster Resilience Initiatives Project (IDRIP), Directorate of Early Warning under National Disaster Management Agency and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Procurement Strengthening Dissemination System of Tsunami Information and Early Warning to the Community 2024-2025.

2. Directorate of Early Warning, National Disaster Management Agency now invites from eligible Bidders for Procurement Strengthening Dissemination System of Tsunami Information and Early Warning to the Community 2024-2025. Equipment as specified in section VII-supply requirements. Delivery period is the maximum 300 (three hundred) calendar days after signing a contract.

3. Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” July 2016, Revised November 2017, August 2018 and November 2020 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Kelompok Kerja Program IDRIP pada Deputi Bidang Pencegahan Badan Nasional Penanggulangan Bencana – BNPB (National Disaster Management Agency) and download the bidding document in english version through SPSE ICB system address: spseicb.lkpp.go.id.

5. Bidding documents in English language can be downloaded by interested Bidders after registering through spseicb.lkpp.go.id.
